Terms and conditions for using Mainstay Automation services

1. Acceptance of Terms
2. Description of Services
Mainstay Automation provides comprehensive AI visibility services through our AEO-GEO Bridge strategy, including search engine optimization (SEO), answer engine optimization (AEO), and generative engine optimization (GEO) services:
AEO-GEO Bridge audit and strategy development
AI platform visibility optimization (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Bing Copilot)
Answer-ready content optimization and formatting
Authority content creation and citation building (GEO)
Schema markup and structured data implementation
Technical SEO foundation and Core Web Vitals optimization
Local AI visibility and voice search optimization
Featured snippet and direct answer targeting
AI platform testing and performance reporting
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information about your business
Grant necessary access to websites, analytics, AI platforms, and other relevant tools
Implement recommended changes in a timely manner
Maintain ethical business practices and comply with search engine guidelines
Pay all fees according to the agreed schedule
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:
Services are billed monthly or as specified in the agreement
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
Late payments may incur additional fees
Services may be suspended for non-payment
Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
5. Intellectual Property
Mainstay Automation retains ownership of our methodologies, tools, and proprietary processes. Client-specific deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. We reserve the right to:
Use anonymized case studies and results for marketing purposes
Retain copies of work for quality assurance and legal purposes
Continue using general knowledge and experience gained
6. Results and Guarantees
While we use proven AEO-GEO Bridge strategies and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific ranking improvements, AI visibility, or traffic increases due to factors beyond our control, including:
Search engine and AI platform algorithm changes
AI model updates and training data changes
Competitor activities and authority building
Market conditions and seasonality
Client implementation of recommendations
External technical issues
Changes in AI citation and recommendation patterns
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and business data. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mainstay Automation’s total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
Client remains responsible for payment of services rendered
We will provide final reports and deliverables as agreed
Access to proprietary tools and platforms will be revoked
Confidentiality obligations continue beyond termination
10. Force Majeure
Mainstay Automation shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other force majeure events.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona.
